Blue Pointe was opened in December of 1999 with the quite unique approach, Asian style seafood and freshly squeezed fruit Martinis. The scene is filled with corporate crowd until the sun goes down, and the bar hosts the after hour Martini party every Tuesday bringing the hip crowds from mid 20s to 40s. They seems to explore the new phase to this transient city with the well-blended style of the eastern and western culture.

Besides those fresh martinis, what makes Blue Pointe different from other swanky scenes is their seafood dishes. It almost makes you feel guilty leaving this place without trying one of them. The most popular dish is Peanut Crusted Grouper in Masamam Curry with Bok Choy ($19 USD). Non-seafood dinner, Crispy Duck Steak on Savoy Cabbage with Panang Curry ($23 USD) is also popular. And you would definitely want to try one of their refreshing desserts. Their dinner and dessert menu changes from season to season.
Lunch hour seems to be the best time to really enjoy their 'above the beyond' service and outstanding food under the slight sunlight crossing through the high ceiling. Reservation for the dinner is highly recommended.
The delightful decision to bring the Asian style seafood and those good-looking fruit Martinis were suggested by the president of Buckhead Restaurant Group, Pano Karatassos, says Andy Clark, the general manager of Blue Pointe. Another five-star goes to these hard working men and their team for keeping the bar slick and delicious.
