- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 cup Ice
- Garnish: Cherry

Glassware: Champagne Glass
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well at high speed. Pour into a champagne flute and garnish with cherry.
