Cocktail
 Armagnac Angel's Share

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Janneau 5 year old Armagnac
- 1/4 oz. Licor 43
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp. simple sugar syrup
- 1 heaped barspoon of orange marmalade

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a flamed orange twist. (Created by Milo Rodriguez)

All armagnac is brandy, but not all brandy is armagnac. It's the oldest wine spirit produced in the south west region of France in Gascogny.
