Ingredients:
- 1 slice of fresh orange
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitter
- 2 parts Pear schnapps
- 3 parts Armagnac VSOP
- Ginger Ale
Mix armagnac, pear shnapps and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice and top with Ginger Ale. Garnish with orange. (Cocktail from Laurent Morisse/Baron Francois)
