Ingredients:
- 1 dozen eggs, yolks only (save whites for later)
- 2 cups sugar
- 16 oz Castries peanut rum cream
- 4 oz grand marnier
- 4 oz remy martin 1738
- 48 oz milk
- 16 heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Hand mix yolks with sugar. Beat remaining egg whites until foamy. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle nutmeg to each individual drink to garnish.
