Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1/2 oz Light Cream
- Garnish: 1/4 tsp Grated Nutmeg
- Glassware : Sour Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with nutmeg on top.
