BAY HORSE

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blended Whiskey
- 1 oz Pernod
- 1 oz Creme de Cacao (dark)
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- Garnish: 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Glassware : Old-Fashioned Glass
Mix whiskey, pernod, creme de cacao, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the nutmeg.
