Tours run throughout the day, allow 1 1/2 - 2 hours to go through the center. The distillery center is closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Easter.

Visitor's center highlights:
- The visitor's center is dedicated to the history of bourbon industry and its dramatic effect on the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- A series of interactive exhibitions show you the bourbon-making process, the history of bourbon, and a story of Elijah Craig, known as the father of bourbon industry.
- Taste of Heaven tasting room allows visitors a unique environment to sample the whiskies produced at Heaven Hill distillery.
- Display items include old advertisements, photographs, a sample of the very first "white dog" (new, unaged bourbon) that was distilled at Heaven Hill distillery.
Founded in 1934, Heaven Hill distillery is the nation's largest independent family-owned spirit company producing the brands such as the Christian Brothers Brandies, Evan Williams Kentucky Bourbon, Whalers Rums, Burnett's Gin and more.
