Victorian Lemonade Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Beefeater Gin
- 2 part water
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 simple syrup
- mint leaves
Garnish: lemon wheel
Squeeze half lemon to get fresh lemon juice. Muddle mint leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Pour gin and water over ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.
