Cherry Bitch
Ingredients:
- 1 currant tea bag
- 6 parts Bulldog gin
- 4 fresh cherries
- 1 orange peel twist
- 3/4 part lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 parts apple juice
Muddle cherries in a mixing glass. In another glass, infuse gin with black currant tea. After removing tea bag, transfer this mix into the mixing glass. Add lime juice, simple syrup, add apple juice. Transfer the entire mixture into ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake diligently in cocktail shaker. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with orange twist.
