The Brindle
Ingredients:
- 1 part St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 4 parts Bulldog gin
- 3/4 part simple syrup
- 1/2 part creme de cassis
- 2 or 3 sage leaves
Pour gin, elder flower cordial and simple syrup into ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake the ingredients and strain into chilled martini glass. Then gently add creme de cassis. Garnish with sage leaves.
