Mojito del Perro
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Lychee juice
- 3 1/2 oz Bulldog gin
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint (choppped)
- 1 oz simple sugar
- Club soda
- 2 lime slices
Muddle mint and 1 lime slice in a mixing glass. Add gin, lychee juice and simple sugar; transfer to ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into crushed ice filled highball glass. Top off with club soda. Garnish with lime slice. Add pieces of lychee fruit.
