Rose Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 1 oz rose hip infused gin
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz rose water
Garnish: Rose petals
***to infuse gin, place 1 cup dried rose hips in 750 ml gin and allow to sit for several weeks in dark location, stirring occassionally. strain into final storage container.
