High Sage Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Hendrick's gin
- 1 oz sage-infused simple syrup
- 3 - 5 oz Prosecco
Garnish: cucumber slices and a sage sprig
Mix gin and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with Prosecco and stir gently. Garnish with cucumber slices and a sage sprig.
