Liqueurs:
Liqueur is a spirit-bsed drink and are often sweetened and flavoured with products such as fruits, nuts, spices and herbs. Popular liqueurs in the United States are Amaretto (almont flavoured), Cointreau (orange flavoured), Southern Comfort (peach and honey flavoured Bourbon based liqueur) and Bailey Irish Cream (chocolate flavoured Irish whiskey based).

Liqueurs are contained in many cocktails: Triple sec in Margarita, Drumbuie in Rusty Nail, Kahlua in White Russian. Having a good knowledge of liqueurs help understanding the taste of cocktails.

Hangover:
Liqueur's sweetness often makes it easy to overdrink cocktails. A Bartender should know the ways for customers to avoid having a hangover. "You want to take a good care of your customers during they drink as well as after they drink," says Mick.

To avoid the killer headache in the morning, there are many ways to drink smart. Taking vitamines before hand is highly recommended. Alcohol take vitamins from your system. Eating before drinking or as you drink is also effective.

Some claim that the colourless liquors like vodka or gin gives them the worst hangovers. Some may say the different things. Each person reacts differently to the alcohol consumption. The most effective way to avoid hangover is not to overdrink.
