Bartender should always carry a pen, a penlight, a lighter, a corkscrew/bottle opener and a watch. Usually
most bartenders would have these items except a penlight. Mick says that a penlight becomes very handy
behind a dark bar when looking for something in a dark. Also notice there wouldn't be a clock at the most bars. They
wouldn't want you to worry about time.
Bartenders are constantly moving around behind a bar. So you want to be comfortable and neat. Addition
to the must items, Mick says he usually arrive a bit early just to be familiar with a bar when going there
for the first time.
