Day 5 was a review day for the final exam, going through that we covered in the texbook and practicing the speed bartending for the practical training.
Students are asked fill out the cocktail recipes, answer questions about liquor and
liqueur, and describe the bar terminology.
Practicial exam requires students to mix 14 cocktails in 7 minutes. List of the cocktails are pretty basic yet includes time consuming drinks such as Long Island Ice Tea and Shooters.

Trust is one of the most important things in any businesses. Some bars may have cameras on the bar
monitoring bartenders in order to avid monetary conflicts between a bartender and a customer or to catch a
bartender stealing cash from register. Some bars may have automatic liquor control system that inputs
prices on the register when pouring.
Mick says that he sometimes gives out free drinks to show his
appreciation to his regulars. Sometimes he hands out drinks to new customers hoping they would come back. Whenever
he uses a house tab, he says he tries to use it wisely.
