At the regional final events, the all challengers will:
1) Exhibit and serve their original Marie Brizard cocktails (both short and tall drinks). Final event judges will mark their scores based on the IBA-based scoring.

2) Create a cocktail with a secret Marie Brizard flavor ingredient in 10 minutes. The secret will be revealed at the day of the event. A technical judge will mark the efficiency score while blind tasting judges will mark their scores.
