Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz rum
- 2 oz Guava juice
- 2 oz Fresh Pressed Sugar Cane Juice
- Split of Laurent-Perrier Brut L-P Champagne (375 ml bottle)
Shake rum, guava juice and sugar cane juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the mixture into a guava sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top off tableside with a twirl of champagne. (Cocktail served at: Cuatro, 2030 Wabash Street, Chicago, 312.842.8856; $21)
