Ingredients:
- 3 oz Shochu
- A few drops of San-J Tamari
- 2 cubes of Tamari marinated tofu
Fill a martini shaker about 3/4 full of ice; pour shochu and a few drops of
Tamari into shaker and shake. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and add toothpick with 2 cubes of tofu soaked in San-J Tamari for extra taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
- 3 ounces tomato juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of San-J Szechuan sauce to taste
- salt and pepper for extra taste
Garnish: Chinese cucumber (optional)
Combine ingredients in a pint glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with
a large prawn or a few long green beans soaked in San-J Tamari sauce for
extra taste.
