Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Rhum Clement VSOP Rum
- 1/2 oz Rhum Clement Creole Shrubb
- Splash of fresh lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Soda water (with sodium)
Garnish: Cumquat floret (if in season) and flamed lime zest
Mix all spirits and mixers and a cocktail shaker except soda, add ice and shake vigorously. Add soda and tumble roll until frothy. Serve in chilled martini glass with cumquat garnish. If using lime zest, flame zest into cocktail after serving. (Created by: Brian Van Flandern)
