- 2 oz Triple Citrus Vodka Infusion
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Champagne
- Garnish: Long, thin slivers of tangerine, lemon, lime and grapefruit zests
Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add infused vodka and simple syrup. Cap mixer glass and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add Champagne. Garnish with a pouf of mixed citrus zests, and serve.

- Recipe fills one Infusion Jar
- 3 bottles (750 ml each) Fris Vodka
- 2 small ruby grapefruit
- 3 tangerines
- 3 lemons
Rinse fruit well. Poke each piece of fruit 30 - 40 times with a skewer. Place fruit in an infusion jar and top with vodka. Let infuse for 3 - 4 days, then strain and place infused vodka in an attractive container.
