- 3 oz Pear Nutmeg Vodka Infusion
- Garnish: 1 paper-thin slice fresh pear
Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add infused vodka. Cap mixer glass and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) Fris Vodka
- 1 red pear, cut in half
- 1/4 pound dried pears
- 1 whole nutmeg, cracked in half
Rinse fresh pear well. Place fruit and nutmeg in an infusion jar and top with vodka. Infusion is ready to serve after 5 days. This infusion can stay on the fruit for up to 14 days, then strain and place infused vodka in a container.
