Pacific Breeze
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Marie Brizard Anisette
- 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz sour mix
Garnish: grapefruit peel
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel. (Cocktail created by Gen Yamamoto)
