Elder Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 1/6 of bartlett pear
- 1/10 of navel orange
- 1/2 oz elder flower syrup
- 1 1/2 oz blended Scotch whisky
- 1 oz champagne
- Garnish: orange twist
Muddle bartlett pear and navel orange with elder flower syrup in a mixing glass. Pour Scotch whisky and shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass and top off with champagne. Garnish with an orange twist or bartlett pear. (Cocktail created by Junior Merino, Cocktail Times Mixologist)
