Framboise Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Sugar cube
- Splash of orange bitters (to soak the cube)
- 1 oz Pasquet Marie-Framboise
- Sparkling wine
Garnish: Orange twist
In a champagne flute, combine sugar cube and orange bitters to soak the sugar. Pour Pasquet Marie-Framboise. Top with sparking wine. Garnish with an orange twist.
