Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Cachaca
- 1/4 oz Yuzu Juice
- 1/4 oz Orange flavored liqueur
- Garnish: Lime wheel
- (Optional) Rim: Mixture of salt, mint and sugar
Mix cachaca, yuzu juice and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime wheel. (Optional: Coat the rim of martini glass with lime. Rim the glass with grounded mixture of 3 fresh mint leaves, one tablespoon of sugar and salt.)
