Ingredients:
- 2 oz mugi shochu (Japanese spirit made from barley)
- 1/4 oz yuzu juice
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
Garnish: orange peel
Rim: yuzu salt (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with orange peel.
Ingredients:

Mix shochu, yuzu juice and Cointreau in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda. Garnish with an orange wheel.
