Ingredients:
- 1 oz 10 Cane Rum
- 1/2 oz Drambuie
- Lemon juice
- Egg White
- Coriander syrup
- Club soda
Garnish: sage leaf
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into ice-filled highball glass. Top with soda, garnish with sage leaf. (Cocktail developed by: Eben Klemm, director of cocktail development for B.R. Guest Restaurants)
