Ingredients:
- 3 oz dark rum
- 1 oz maple syrup
- 4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 egg white
Garnish: confectionary sugar with strawberry (optional)
Mix rum, maple syrup, orange juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker with ice. Sake for ten seconds. prepare cocktail glass by slitting strawberry and running around rim, then rolling in confectionary sugar. Pour drink into a cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberry.
