Ingredients:
- 4 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz honey simple syrup*
- 1 oz rum
- 1/2 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- Champagne
Garnish: orange slice
Mix orange juice, honey simple syrup, rum and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with orange slice.
