Ingredients:
(serves 2)
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Zespri green kiwifruit
- 2 Zespri gold kiwifruit
- 2 tbsp sugar
Slice kiwis into halves and spoon the fruit out into a blender. Add lemon juice, rum and sugar. Pulse until just blended. Add ice cubes and blend until frothy. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. (Cocktail creaed by Chef Kaname Yamamoto)
