Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
