Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Club Soda
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Shake all the ingredients except club soda in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass. Addd the club soda and garnish with pineapple wedge. Serve with a straw.
