- 1 oz Scotch
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 oz Water
- 1/2 oz Tawny Port
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Lemon Twist, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Glassware: Highball Glass
Dissolve superfine sugar in water. Fill the glass with club soda and crushed ice in a highball glass. Float the port and garnish with the lemon twist, nutmeg and cinnamon.
