Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz gold tequila
- juice of half lemon
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- ginger ale
- 6 watermelon cubes
Garnish: mint sprig
Puree seedless watermelon and pour into ice cube trays. Freeze.
Mix tequila lemon juice and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker with ice.
