Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 lime (cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp sugar
- ice cubes
Muddle lime with sugar in a mixing glass. Add vodka to shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass. Caipirinha mixed with vodka instead of cachaca is known as Caipiroska.
