- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz Canton ginger cognac liqueur
- splash of pineapple juice
Garnish: fresh ginger
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh ginger.
