Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Vodka
- 1 shot cold espresso
- 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
- Baileys and milk
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cappuccino foamed Baileys and milk. This twist on the Espresso martini uses hot foam to contrast the cold drink. (Cocktail created by: Eden Freeman, New York)
