Ingredients:
- 3 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 barspoon veal stock
- 1/2 oz olive juice
Garnish: cured beef jerky, 3 salt cured black olives
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 20 times and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 salt cured black olives. (Cocktail created by Eben Klemm, B.R. Guest Mixologist/Primehouse New York)
