Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Kiwi Grapefruit Vodka Infusion
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: 1 kiwi slice
- 3 pink peppercorns
Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add infused vodka, Campari, Cointreau, and fresh juice. Cap mixer glass and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) Fris Vodka
- 1 ruby grapefruit, quartered or left whole and poked with a skewer 20 times
- 3 kiwi, skin-on, quartered
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pink peppercorns
Rinse fruit well. Place fruit and peppercorns in an infusion jar and top with vodka. Let infuse for 2 days, then strain and place infused vodka in an attractive container.
