Ingredients:
- 1/2 shot lemon juice
- 1 1/2 shot vodka
- 1/2 shot pineapple juice
- 1 shot St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
