Ingredients:
- 1/2 chopped fresh pear
- 1 1/2 shiso leaves (or 4 mint leaves)
- 1/2 oz Lillet
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz vodka
Garnish: pear wheel (and shiso)
Muddle fresh pear with shiso leaves in a mixing glass. Add the rest of the ingredients to shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pear wheel.
