Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 tbsp gold kiwi lemon sorbet*
Scoop kiwifruit lemon sorbet into chilled martini glass. Add vodka and serve immediately.
Kiwi lemon sorbet
(makes 4 cups)
- 1 can (12 oz) lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 4 Zespri gold kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups water
Puree kiwifruit in food processor until just blended. Do not crush kiwifruit seeds. Stir kiwi puree into lemonade concentrate and water in medium bowl until blended. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Scrape granita into flakes with an ice cream spoon.
