Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Litchi Puree
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2/6 of Lime Squeeze
- Equivalent of 1/2 inch of sliced ginger
- 1 1/2 oz Sprite
Muddle sliced singer, lime, litchi puree with simple syrup in a mixing glass. Mix them with vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with sprite. (Cocktail created by Junior Merino, The Modern at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York City)
