Ingredients:
- 1 oz Yazi Ginger Vodka
- Splash of Whiskey
- 2 splash peach bitters
- 1 1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
- 12 oz water (fill to bottom of spout)
- Flowering tea ball
In a small clear teapot, place one Jasmine flowering tea ball. Pour in 1/2 cup boiling hot water. Let steep until flower opens. Add the rest of the ingredients, carefully not to disturb tea blossom so that it will not break apart in the pot. (Cocktail created by Chad Harder, Photo: Sungari Restaurant, Portland, Oregon)
