Bee's Nest
Ingredients:
- 2oz. Michter's Kentucky rye whiskey
- 1 tbsp. fresh zested ginger root
- 1 heaping tbsp. clover honey
Garnish: fresh ginger slice or honeycomb
Muddle the ginger and honey in a boston mixing glass. Add large cubed ice and whiskey and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled rocks cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh ginger slice or honeycomb. (Cocktail created by: Bar Martignitti)
