JOHN COLLINS

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blended Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 4 oz Club Soda
- Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Glassware : Collins Glass Mix whiskey, lemon juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Fill the glass with club soda and stir. Garnish with cherry and orange slice. Serve with a straw.
