Scotch Bonnet
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Habanero infused Ardbeg Scotch whisky
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
Garnish: burnt pineapple
Mix both ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top with burnt pineapple. (Cocktail created by Eben Klemm, B.R. Guest Mixologist/Primehouse New York)
