WHISKEY SANGAREEIngredients: - 2 oz Blended Whiskey - 2 oz Club Soda - 1 tsp Superfine Sugar - 2 tsp Water - 1/2 oz Tawny Port - Garnish: 1/8 oz Grated Nutmeg Glassware : Highball Glass Dissolve the superfine sugar in water and whiskey in a highball glass.
